about.me
We can’t count the number of times per day that AP asks one of us, “Anything else?” We certainly can’t accuse him of not being thorough! He is passionate about perfecting our website, staying on top of social media trends, and most importantly: about his clients.
Allen got into Real Estate initially as an investor. Eventually, he started helping his friends buy and sell Real Estate and worked to get his license. Since then, he has won too many awards to list (but if you’re curious, click here) for being a top agent, closing record numbers of transactions, and having a Top Real Estate Team: Nashville on the Move. You can see exactly how he works with clients in clips from his appearances on HGTV shows in our media section.
Allen is also proud to be a RamseyTrusted™ Endorsed Local Provider. Check him out on the cover of December 2018’s issue of Top Agent Magazine, and as the Cover Story Feature and Article in Nashville Real Producers Magazine in April 2021, and he is ranked in the Top 1% of the over 19,000 Middle Tennessee Real Estate Agents! He’s also passionate about pursuing investment properties and building new construction homes all around the Nashville area.
On sunny weekends, Allen likes to get out on the lake. He’s involved with many community service projects as well, including Habitat for Humanity, Ellie’s Run for Africa, Young Life and more. “Anything else?”

We all know the old real estate adage, ‘location, location, location.’ But to Andy, Real Estate is all about people. From 15 to 28 years old he worked in the hospitality industry, and absolutely loved it. The experience of the guest was paramount, and discovering the best way to serve them was the core of his business. While at Ole Miss, Andy spent some time building houses with a local luxury contractor, and he co-founded the Ole Miss Chapter of Habitat for Humanity – bringing people and homes together.
As a Real Estate Advisor, Andy firmly believes in continuing education. He often reminds us, “The more we know and understand, the better we can advise our clients.” Andy has obtained a long list of Designations and Certifications with the sole purpose of simply being better. “It’s our job to present the whole package so our clients can make the appropriate decisions.” With Andy, clients feel empowered to make sound decisions through quality conversation with his Nashville on the Move Team, his trusted lenders, title companies, and any other vendors procured. The systems Andy and his Team have created ensure his clients have a seamless process from their first engagement to well beyond them signing on the dotted line.
Andy spends time teaching classes at Keller Williams®, training new Agents on his Team, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, and more. He is also active on the Agent Leadership Council with KW®, helping to navigate the direction and future of Keller Williams® Nashville Music City Market Center.
Andy is ranked in the Top 1% of the over 19,000 Real Estate Agents in Middle Tennessee! He was recently featured in the February 2021 Issue of Nashville Real Producers Magazine, and was a Featured Agent and Host on “Selling Nashville,” The American Dream TV Show (2021-22)! Read more about his Awards & Designations here. “But enough about me,” he would say. “I want to know about you!”
Whether a first time home buyer or an experienced emptor, Andy relishes the chance to help his clients, both new and returning, see their dreams become reality. After all, buying a house is a great investment! It’s an investment in joy, shelter, laughter, memories, family, and community. Making a decision that big requires trust in the person guiding the process. Selling this great investment requires a confident understanding of the Market and parties involved, to yield the greatest returns.
When he’s not working, you can find Andy breaking a sweat in a gym with his buddies, reading a good book, engaging in his own investment properties, or exploring the outdoors with his wife and three boys.

Jerome was born and raised in the Arkansas Deltas and eventually moved to the Ozark Mountains for college at the University of Arkansas. After college, he moved to Nashville to pursue a career in music, and after a few years of observing the growth of Nashville, decided that Real Estate was his true calling. The two are very similar in that they’re both competitive, and you have to take personal initiative to be successful. Most of all, he loves helping people and knows real estate will be where he will truly thrive.
When not helping his clients find their dream home, Jerome enjoys golfing, going on outdoor trips with friends, and hanging out with his wife, Anna, and their two pups. He also never misses rooting for his beloved Arkansas Razorbacks!

After a 14-year career in vocational ministry, Andy chose a career as a REALTOR® for the opportunity to serve others as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives. An alumni of Vanderbilt University, where he played baseball, and five years as a professional baseball player with the New York Yankees, helped shape Andy’s understanding of hard work and determination. This along with his ministry experience combines to give clients an advocate who is focused on providing great service.
Whether a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned Real Estate investor, buying or selling, Andy is always looking to cultivate a relationship with his clients that equals exceptional service well beyond closing.
When he’s not serving his clients, you’ll find Andy at a VandyBoys baseball game, visiting a coffee shop with a good book, working out with friends, or exploring the outdoors with his wife and two daughters.

Ashley has been told by friends and colleagues that she makes everybody feel “at home” when she’s around, which has become her goal in every interaction she has. After almost a decade of working in ministry and non-profits, she is thrilled to have found a career in which she can use her relational skills and intentional care to continue building meaningful relationships with her clients, while anticipating and meeting their needs during the home buying and selling process.
Born and raised in the Nashville area and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Ashley’s love for Music City continues to grow. She enjoys checking out breweries around town, making her way to every taco truck on Nolensville Pike, hiking at Radnor Lake or Edwin Warner Park, and hosting dinner parties and game nights for her friends.

Despite her deep love for Nashville’s amazing music, sports, restaurants, and endless activities, Christina’s love for the city has always been rooted in the people. Growing up in Georgia and Mississippi, she is a Southerner to her core, and loves nothing more than working with and serving others.
Christina has a strong background in PR and Communications and spent four years working as a publicist for a wide variety of authors, speakers, film makers, and ministries. She is a people person through and through, and strives to help everyone feel like family. With significant attention to detail, she is excited to bring this focus into the world of real estate as she devotes herself to client service with the utmost care. Whether it’s a home, job, church, or friend, her passion is to help others find their place.
When she’s not on the job, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends doing everything under the sun: boat days on the lake, playing tennis, long walks with a coffee in hand, or attending any Nashville concert or sports event. She also enjoys community service, and serves on the Young Leaders Board for the Make-A-Wish® Foundation of Middle Tennessee.

Hailing from a small town in West Tennessee, Daniel moved to Nashville in 2006 before the city’s explosive growth. He spent several years working in the insurance industry, and his love for serving others led him to attend occupational therapy school at Belmont University. With an entrepreneurial spirit, his interest in Real Estate started when he began a home modification business for his occupational therapy clients who were discharged from nursing homes and needed to return to a safe place to live.
Daniel is known for his keen attention to detail, and his ability to develop authentic connections with anyone. Being honest, dependable, and protective, he is someone who others want in their corner. When Daniel meets with prospective clients, his only agenda is to get to know them and understand their goals and needs. First and foremost, he is inherently interested in people, and loves hearing their stories and learning about their life experiences that shape who they are. He is passionate about the exciting Real Estate landscape in Middle Tennessee, and highly motivated to help his Seller clients maximize profits, and his Buyer clients find exactly what they’re looking for – whether it be a dream home, a fixer upper, or an investment property.
When he’s not finding your next property, Daniel enjoys hunting, wildlife preservation, college football and baseball, and spending time outdoors with his high-school-sweetheart wife, daughter, and their rescued Labradoodle. He is committed to giving back to the community and volunteers with Siloam Health’s Nashville Neighbors program, and Room in the Inn.
Suzanne Fletcher
Director of Operations
A member of our Team since 2016, Suzanne is a public relations specialist, event planner, graphic designer and lover of all things communication. She enjoys working behind-the-scenes to help the big picture come together – whether that’s through perfecting the processes, a killer graphic design, public relations campaign, or marketing strategy. As a dominantly right-brained, whimsical, visual learner, she thrives through details and creativity. She’s thrilled to get everyone excited about moving to and living in Nashville, or finding wherever it is they want to call home!
Born and raised in West Tennessee, she has grown up visiting Music City regularly (and now lived here since 2016) – whether it’s for family Thanksgiving, to attend a concert, work an internship or enjoy a weekend with friends. She’s a cat lover who appreciates the simple things in life. Despite the Southern stereotype, she’d prefer a cup of coffee to sweet tea any day. Her one wish would be to be a teenager in the 1950s. Need a rocking playlist for any occasion? She’s the woman to call. You’ll find her at a concert almost every weekend. She believes random acts of kindness rock the world, and strives to understand life from all perspectives. Ultimately, she desires to be creative in every aspect of life and share God’s love with all people.
Transaction Manager
Andy’s list of past experience sets him apart from the crowd, whether through his days on the road or in a recording studio as a professional musician, or as a small business owner with his wife Jen, Andy has done it all (well, almost).
He loves details, challenges, and helping people! When you put those together, we have a team member whose #1 goal is to serve the client by helping them feel taken care of, handling their transaction like it’s the only one, and working hard for the success of his fellow Team members!
Andy is originally from South Carolina – Go Gamecocks – but called Nashville home for over 30 years (and knew and loved the city well). Now he’s back in Greenville! He is active in his church and his kids’ school, volunteering and chairing various committees. When not in the office or performing, he enjoys his hobby of being an avid collector of Vintage Star Wars toys, as well as hanging out with his wife and 2 sons.

Holly is a graduate from University of Cincinnati (2023) and grew up on Lake Erie in Cleveland, Ohio. Along with her love for Real Estate, she went on to study Marketing and Public Relations in college.
In her role as an Admin + Marketing Assistant, she enjoys getting to work with all of her strongest interests and skills daily. She plans to get her Real Estate License sooner than later, to start exploring that side of the industry further.
When not “on the move,” Holly loves hosting friends from out of town and showing them around Nashville! One of her favorite things to do in her free time is trying new restaurants around Music City. She also loves watching football, hockey, and baseball. Her favorite places that she has traveled with her family are Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Admin Assistant
Regan is a graduate of Belmont University (2023), and has been a member of our Team since 2022! She moved to Nashville in 2019 to study Music & Vocal Performance, and fell in love with Music City’s loving community of artists and musicians, as well as the lively food and art scene.

As a musician, she believes in connecting with others through emotional and meaningful performances, paired with musical technicality and authenticity. Outside of NOTM, Regan works as a Voice Teacher in the Franklin-Brentwood and Greater Nashville area, and performs with the Nashville Opera chorus, but loves getting to work with and learn from our amazing Team!
In her free time, Regan enjoys swimming, skiing, going to concerts, thrifting, and investing in her family and friends. You can often find her walking at Centennial Park, thrifting at Buffalo Exchange, or ordering a side of kimchi at Hawkers in East Nashville.
