We can’t count the number of times a day that AP asks one of us, “Anything else?” We certainly can’t accuse him of not being thorough! He is passionate about perfecting our website, staying on top of social media trends, and most importantly about his clients.
Allen got into real estate initially as an investor. Eventually, he started helping his friends buy and sell real estate and worked to get his license. Since then, he has won too many awards to list (but if you’re curious, click here) for being a top agent, closing record numbers of transactions, and having a top real estate team: Nashville on the Move. You can see exactly how he works with clients in clips from his appearances on HGTV shows in our media section. Allen is also proud to be a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider. Check him out on the cover of December 2018’s issue of Top Agent Magazine!
On sunny weekends, Allen likes to get out on the lake. He’s involved with many community service projects as well, including Habitat for Humanity, Mocha Club, Ellie’s Run for Africa, and Young Life. “Anything else?”
We are happy to have Courtney on our team as the agent that is truly the home showing expert. She’s the go-to gal to find those “love it, gotta have it” needle in a haystack properties for our clients. One of her favorite things is having the opportunity to show our buyers properties that could potentially be the next place they build memories and call home.
Courtney’s love for real estate comes from the many years she spent watching her dad build houses and seeing the detail that is put into building a home. If we are really honest, her slight obsession with HGTV home buying shows was the final straw that prompted her to jump both feet into the real estate pool.
When she’s not “on the move,” Courtney is renovating her home, playing with her chocolate lab Maeble, watching SEC football, at the lake or spending time with friends. Basically if it’s outside and with friends, she’s there!
REALTOR®, ABR®, SRS®
We all know the old real estate adage, ‘location, location, location.’ But to Andy, real estate is all about people. An Ole Miss alum with a background in marketing and finance, Andy has been a Nashville resident since 2004, and loves watching the exciting growth happening in his Music City.
More than a REALTOR®, Andy has obtained both the Seller and Buyer Specialization Designations. Clients feel empowered to make sound decisions when involved in a real estate transaction through quality conversation regarding the real estate process with our Nashville on the Move team and systems, and also with lenders, title companies and any vendor procured.
Whether a first time home buyer or an experienced emptor, Andy relishes the chance to help his clients, both new and returning, see their dreams become reality. After all, buying a house is a great investment!. It’s an investment in joy, shelter, laughter, memories, family and community. Making a decision that big requires trust in the person guiding the process. Selling this great investment requires a confident understanding of the market and parties involved, to yield the greatest returns.
When he’s not working, you can find Andy breaking a sweat in his garage gym or exploring the outdoors with his wife and three children.
Shannon loves helping people find their dream home — the home where friends and family are always welcome and lifetime memories are made. Whether you’re buying or selling, she’ll come alongside to walk with you through the process and ensure it goes as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
During her free time, you can find her with her husband and their four kids (and two furry ones). They might be playing outside, watching football, hanging with friends, riding bikes, or creating art or mischief. If you stop by, chances are good she’ll have candles burning, a record playing in the background and coffee within reach. Her door is always open for good friends and good conversation!
Tessa is an aspiring entrepreneur! Her love for all that is real estate began at a young age while watching her mom and dad rehabilitate their own homes and businesses. She enjoys every minute of the process because helping people is what truly makes her happy!
If she’s not working, you can find her spending time with loved ones, organizing, volunteering, eating her way through Nashville, and playing with her Dalmatian pup Obi.
Rachael, a former jingle and session singer, came to Nashville twelve years ago via California after falling in love with the city on a short visit. Originally from Cody, Wyoming, she finds Nashville to be the perfect mix of urban and outdoors. She chose a path in real estate as it compliments her lifestyle and personality.
“I get to meet interesting people with a unique story everyday. I get to explore the city I love and constantly learn new things. Not to mention, I get to be a matchmaker; whether it’s helping someone find the right family home to lay down roots for their kids, or helping someone to grow their investment property portfolio, it’s all really fun!”
Rachael takes a consultative approach, with the goal to educate and advise her clients on the benefits of home ownership for building one’s abundance. Her creativity, enthusiasm and caring nature is perfect for matching each client’s desires, as well as skillfully navigating the home selling and buying processes, making things easy and fun. When she’s not selling houses, you’ll find her at Dragon Park with her two little boys or singing in a writers round at Belcourt Taps.
Director of Marketing & Public Relations
A public relations specialist, graphic designer and lover of all things communication, Suzanne enjoys working behind-the-scenes to help the big picture come together – whether that’s through a killer graphic design, public relations campaign or marketing strategy. As a dominantly right-brained, whimsical, visual learner, she thrives through details and creativity. She’s thrilled to get everyone excited about moving to and living in Nashville!
Born and raised in West Tennessee, she has grown up visiting Music City regularly – whether it’s for family Thanksgiving, to attend a concert, work an internship or enjoy a weekend with friends. She’s a cat lover who appreciates the simple things in life. Despite the Southern stereotype, she’d prefer a cup of coffee to sweet tea any day. Her one wish would be to be a teenager in the 1950s. Need a rocking playlist for any occasion? She’s your girl. You’ll find her at a concert almost every weekend. She believes random acts of kindness rock the world and strives to understand life from all perspectives. Ultimately, she desires to be creative in every aspect of life and share God’s love with all people.
Director of Administration
Rachel’s career has revolved around homes for the majority of her professional life. Whether it was as a Mortgage Consultant in the early 2000s, running operations for a high-volume real estate brokerage, or launching and running her own Interior Design company, she has a passion for helping clients with the most important place they’ll ever be: at home. Pushing boundaries of innovation while keeping things well ordered and organizationally healthy is her wheelhouse.
When she’s not working behind-the-scenes to close real estate transactions, she’s painting, seeing shows, or, as Queen of the last-minute gathering, she’s throwing together a meal for her big family and whoever else wants to come by (and probably planning her next beach/fishing trip).
Carrie is a student at Belmont University studying Design Communications and Public Relations. She’s from Owensboro, Kentucky, and loves spending time with her cats and her family. When she’s not in an art class, she can be found reading a book or watching Brooklyn 99 and New Girl with her friends. She has dreams to work as a Creative Director one day, and wants to utilize her graphic design and public relations studies on her journey. With a huge love for all things creative, whether it be making a mood board or doing fun makeup, Carrie is always moving her hands and using her perfectionist eye to help others (or just have fun). She is a huge coffee lover who can’t go a day without peanut butter. Carrie is so excited to learn and grow in Nashville for years to come.
