    Dealing with a fixer upper, or just need some home repairs?  Your agent should be the ultimate consultant to recommend the best types of renovations, and be able to refer you to the best-in-the-business repair and renovation service providers of all kinds.  Wanting to invest?  You need an agent who is knowledgeable about up and coming areas that are expected to grow, as well as popular areas to invest.  Therefore, you can get the best return for your investment.

    Do you know what’s really going on in the market? When dealing with today’s heavily regulated environment, they are there to advise you about all necessary disclosures, paperwork, property taxes, and refinancing options.  They should be well-educated and equipped to deal with anything that is thrown their way throughout the entire sales process.
