    Lunch: The Food Company

    The Food Company is where Nashville ladies lunch. Their extensive sandwich menu has something for everyone, with simple sounding names (Turkey #3, Chicken Salad #2), but creative and edgy ingredients (Roquefort cheese, jarlsberg, horseradish-chive mayo). Attached is the Greenhouse Bar, located literally in a greenhouse complete with potted plants and hanging trees.

    The M Street Entertainment Group has reopened midtown-favorite Virago in their new favorite spot: The Gulch. Virago’s sushi menu is filled with creative rolls. It is a favorite for bachelorette parties, birthdays, and other female get-togethers not only for its fun cocktail menu but also for the creative Asian cuisine.

    Activity: Shopping at Green Hills

    The Green Hills mall features over 100 stores, including some unique to Nashville, as well as upper-end stores like Louis Vuitton, Burberry, and Betsey Johnson.
