Catalyst Nashville, a 13-unit urban row home project in West Nashville is on its way!
The new homes are looking to be very modern from the descriptions that have been given. The homes will be three stories off of 200 Oceola Ave. Theywill have rooftop terraces and automation packages, including controls for interior lighting, temperature and audio. Gigabyte internet and a 4k TV will also be included.
The site is within the developing Charlotte Pike district and off of the popular White Bridge Road. It is very close to another project called Core Development’s Richland Station cottages.
“We’re trying to hit the marketplace for the tech-savvy, upwardly mobile buyer,” said Grant Hammond of Metropolitan Brokers, a partner in Catalyst Nashville LLC.
Row homes at Catalyst Nashville will range from 1,840 to 1,910 square feet. Prices will start at $399,000 and go up from there. The three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, homes will also include high-end finishes and two-car rear-entry garages. The buildings will either hold six units or four units.
