The $1 million project is the Nashville-based homebuilder’s latest in the emerging urban West End Park area behind Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant. Regent has built the Artie Lee and Ruby May condos on West End Circle and Wesley Bernard townhouses on Long Boulevard all in the last seven years.
The site is extremely appealing to David McGowan, Regent Homes’ president, because of its proximity to Interstate 440 and Nashville’s overall medical corridor.
Five of the townhouses will face Long with the other five facing Belwood. Each townhouse will have its own garage. Half of the townhouses should be finished by years end. The homes will range from 1,500 and 2,000 square feet in size. Sales prices will range from the high $300,000s to the low $400,000s.
The homes will be designed by the architect, Smith Gee Studio. The Bank of Nashville is providing financing and Regent Homes will build the site.
