    Were-Hiring-300x112Our office is hiring! We are looking for a savvy, organized, go-getter to join our team as the Director of Marketing and Administration. This position will carry out a range of administrative and real estate related tasks for each agent. If you or someone you know fits the description below, please let us know!

     

    – Manage real estate transactions (contract to close) for all team agents
    – Liaise with transaction stakeholders: clients, agents, escrow companies, lenders, and contractors
    – Manage and organize office operations and procedures
    – Maintain normal office environment and replenish office supply inventory
    – Prepare listing and buying packets for all agents as needed
    – Maintain Nashville On The Move blog and social media pages
    – Manage Marketing Intern
    – Design print newsletters monthly and enewsletters bimonthly
    – Manage all rental properties and tenants
    – Periodically show properties to clients
    – Will be responsible for knowing RealTracs MLS system

     

    Requirements/Experience:
    -Bachelors Degree, Business Background, Real Estate Experience preferred but not required
    -Experience in customer service, office organization and team management

     

    * Real Estate License is required. Applicants who don’t have a valid license will be asked to obtain one
