Our office is looking to fill three positions – Administrative Assistant, Real Estate Apprentice, and Marketing Intern. If you or someone you know would be a good fit for the job, please let us know!

Administrative Assistant Position

We are looking for a hard working, organized, go-getter to join our Real Estate team as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant organizes and assists with all of the administrative activities that ensure the office is running efficiently.


· Assist with Real Estate transactions (contract to close) for all team agents
· Manage and organize office operations and procedures
· Maintain office environment and replenish office supply inventory
· Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
· Liaise with transaction stakeholders:  clients, agents, escrow companies, lenders, and contractors
· Design and implement existing and new marketing tools
· Will be responsible for knowing RealTracs MLS system

· Problem solving and managing client expectations


· Bachelors Degree
· Business Background/Management Skills
· Real Estate experience is recommended but not required
· Experience with office software including:  email programs, Microsoft office programs and social media programs

· Experience in customer service, office organization and team management

Other Items:

· 20 hours a week.
· Office Hours:  8:30-5:30, M-F

Real Estate Apprenticeship Position
We are also looking to fill a Real Estate Apprenticeship Position!

We are looking for someone that wants to pursue real estate as a career. This is a position that would teach you how to sell real estate and how to become a real estate professional.


· Meeting New Clients
· Being Available to Meet Clients Needs
· Searching for Homes
· Showing Houses
· Negotiating Contracts

· Walking a Client Through the Home Buying Process

Other Items:

· Real Estate license preferred, but not required
· This position is 100% commission. Potential to make $75k to $100k in the first year with flexible hours.

Marketing Intern Position


· Write daily blogs
· Post to social media pages such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest
· Keep up with social media trends
· Deliver signs and lockboxes to houses as needed
· Keep office stocked with items for client meetings
· Office duties such as recycling and shredding

Other Items:

This internship will cover many different areas and will require an individual who is open to helping out in a number of ways. We are looking for an intern to work 2-4 days a week and around 10-20 hours. Please send all resumes to Catherine French at
