The Nashville Predators are transforming the Bridgestone Arena Rehearsal Hall into a Winter Wonderland in celebration of the Olympics. Activities include curling, shot on net, Olympic viewing parties, cornhole and more. All fans in attendance can register to win a free pair of tickets to upcoming Bridgestone Arena shows or Nashville Predators home games, every hour on the hour. In addition to the regular activities offered, Friday, February 14 will feature an open skate.

Rick Springfield will be playing the Wildhorse Saloon on Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15 for a special, two-night engagement over Valentine’s weekend. Springfield, an Australian musician and actor, was a member of the pop-rock group Zoot from 1969 to 1971 before beginning a solo career. His solo successes include two U.S. Top 10 albums and a Grammy Award for the 1981 hit “Jessie’s Girl.” The shows begins at 7:30 p.m. both evenings and tickets range from $47.50-$190.
On Saturday, February 15 be sure to check out the Hot Chocolate Run at Bicentennial Mall. This run features both a 5K (3.1 mile) and 15K (9.3 mile) course. Participants will receive a goodie bag featuring a his or hers zip pullover made of wicking fleece material. Following the race, celebrate with complimentary hot chocolate and fondue. Proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville, which provides essential resources and a “home away from home” for families of critically ill children receiving inpatient or outpatient medical care at area hospitals.
