The casual Italian restaurant created by Il Mulino in New York has opened its fourth home in the city of Nashville! Outside of Music City the restaurant is located in Orlando, Atlantic City, and obviously New York.
On March 18th, 2015 the Italian hotspot quietly opened its doors to the public. It is located in the popular Hilton Nashville on 5th avenue in Downtown. Its location attracts a lot of foot trafficker from the avid downtown goers.
Trattoria Il Mulino serves traditional Italian cuisine from the region of Abruzzi. The Executive chef position is held by none other than Chef Michelle Mazza. The large menu includes appetizers, salads, pastas, brick-oven pizza, and meats such as veal, beef and fish. For those who are vegan or gluten free there are pasta options for you as well. To quench your thirst the menu also has a variety of bottled beers, draft beers, and cocktails.
The restaurant has yet to assume full swing so hours will still be settling in through April. As of right now the establishment is only open for dinner from Sunday – Thursday 5pm-10pm and Friday/Saturday 5pm-11pm. The full hours starting in April will offer brunch!
