The Green Hour is going to be an after hours absinthe-focused cocktail bar in Germantown. The Green Hour will be located in the Tempered European Indulgence chocolate shop at 1201 Fifth Ave N. Staci and Dan Bockman is the mastermind behind this concept.
The absinthe bar will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at Tempered European Indulgence. A neon light will be in the lit in the window when it is after hours and The Green Hour is open. Customers will still be able to enjoy the delicious chocolates from Tempered European Indulgence after hours. They are even trying to incorporate the chocolates into their cocktail menu.
Staci and Dan Bockman brought on Jeremiah Blake, a former bartender from Holland House Bar & Refuge, to help add flair to the cocktail menu. While Absinthe will be the main focus of The Green Hour, it will not be the only drink served. Wine, high gravity beer and other cocktails will be available to the late night crowd.
