We at Nashville on the Move are proud to support a new website dedicated to providing an outlet for American veterans to tell their stories. Inspired by a personal experience in a veteran’s hospital as well as a grandfather’s war hero story that went untold for years until after he passed away, Nashvillian Nathan Tierney developed this site as a venue for sharing experiences in any branch of the armed forces and connecting with one another through storytelling and message boards. The site features art, stories, videos, audio, photography from veterans sharing their stories with you. It
is Tierney’s belief that storytelling in a positive environment can help to heal the soul of those who have fought America’s battles and can help to educate future generations about what it is to serve for a cause higher than oneself.
