If you love a great tasting wine or beer, we’ve got good news: The Nashville Beer and Wine Festival for charity is this Saturday, October 15. Hosted on the property of one of the earliest Italianate houses in Middle Tennessee, the 1000-acre plantation on the Cumberland River with the Two Rivers Mansion in sight is sure to set the mood for sampling local crafts. The best part about the entire event, excluding the drinks, is that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to charities throughout Middle Tennessee. Over $100,000 have been donated to charities such as: Two Rivers Mansion, Exchange Family Center, Fifty Forward Donelson Center, Gateway Project of Donelson, and many more. So if your schedule is clear on Saturday the 15th, go out and support a worthy cause, savor the cool fall weather, and enjoy local and international beers and wine! Read more here.
