Sylvan Park Restaurant Site Bought | Nashville News

The Sylvan Park Restaurant site has just been purchased!

Nick Spiva, a real estate investor, recently just bought the site where the Sylvan Park Restaurant has sat for $2 million. The site is  seven-tenths of an acre and is located at 2330 Franklin Pike. This purchase adds to a number of sites purchased by Spiva.

Other establishments he has acquired are buildings originally known as Corlew and Perry Flooring Inc. and American Heating & Cooling. Spiva bought the sites at 708 Melpark Drive and 707 Bradford Ave for 2.1 million and plans to build a 40 unit town house development.

Plans for the Sylvan Park Restaurant site have not been revealed but it is neighbors with the 266-unit apartment community, Twenty-One Hundred. It is also located next to a site where Lennar Multifamily Communities plans a new 320-unit apartment community as well.
