A 375,000 square foot mixed-used office building south of Broadway is being co-developed by C.B. Ragland Co. and Houston based Hines. The building will be directly across from the park and amphitheater the city plans to build on the riverfront.
The 24-story building will enter the review process soon under the Metro Development and Housing Agency. The mixed-use building will be added to the other projects such as the Bridgestone Americas’ new corporate headquarters, apartment tower SoBro and a brand new diner.
Michael Hayes, Ragland Co. president mentioned he has been pursuing a partnership with Hines for upwards of 13 years. They’re one of the most most talented developers in the world and will certainly bring a world-class building to Nashville,” he said.
