Core Development Services is set to create this new project where a one-story, three-unit 1960s-era triplex stands. It will be located at 1329 Seventh Ave. N. The triplex, across from Rolf and Daughters restaurant. Manuel Zeitlin is the architect for the project. Core is no stranger to the Germantown area. The company also developed Werthan Lofts.
Two of the six townhomes could be live/work units. The townhomes could be priced between $500,000 and $550,000. Each townhome in the three-story building is expected to have a structured parking garage. Andrew Beaird, Core’s vice president of development, said “having structured parking as part of development planned for the 0.18-acre site should help to alleviate existing parking challenges on Taylor Street.”
Pending approvals, construction is set to start in late spring of 2016 with completion expected around the end of that year.
