How would you feel about the addition of a small boutique-style hotel in Nashville’s trendy neighborhood, The Gulch?
Banks is the president of Retail Partners Development LLC and is in the finalizing stage for plans to rehab the 12th Avenue cinderblock building located next to The Station Inn. Plans are for the boutique-style hotel to have just five rooms. Hope also exists for a approximately 700 square-foot restaurant to be developed in the space between the sidewalk and the existing cinderblock structure.
Banks, who has yet to announce a start date or price tag for the development, has secured a permit to begin work. Metro Planning Department and Metro Development and Housing Agency guidelines have been met, subject to any modifications to the plan also being approved. The Bradley Development Group LLC will serve as general contractor.
