The west side of Centennial Park, known as the West End District, will be seeing a new high rise go up in the not-so-far-away future. Just two blocks north of West End Avenue on 25th Avenue North, veteran developer Tony Giarrantana is preparing to bring about more housing on the east side of the park.
Park 25, whose groundbreaking is expected to occur next spring, will rise eight stories high, its 200 units covering a roughly 1-acre lot bordered by Brandau Street, Reidhurt Avenue and 25th. Athlon Sports Communications, who currently exists in the lot to be taken over by Park 25, is selling and moving to a different location to make room for the apartment building.
Developer Giarrantana will be working with Atlanta-based architect Niles Bolton who he also partnered with for Belle Meade Court. The exterior is said to be a combination of primarily brick and stucco. Park 25 will be less than two blocks away from Elliston 23, luxury apartments and community slated to be finished next fall, located on Elliston Place.
The property will be prime real estate, with a location blocks away from Vanderbilt and Belmont, HCA Holdings’ headquarters, many health care facilities and Centennial Sportsplex.

Curious on the pricing of these apartments and the sizes. I work in the high rise right next to these apartments and I think it would be a perfect place to live
