Do you love the Mas Tacos Truck? Well Joseph Bogan and Crystal De Luna-Bogan are bringing you Panini’s on wheels! They will be opening a mobile panini and soup shop this weekend! Former ChaChah’s sou and pastry chef De Luna-Bogan has been wanting to open her own restaurant and since her uncle owns a food truck company in Los Angeles, he encouraged her to make the purchase! The couple purchased a an old bread truck from Arizona and have remodeled it into a full-service kitchen! The name of the restaurant/truck? The Grilled Cheeserie!
“Compared with opening a restaurant, this is nothing scary to deal with,” she said. Nashville Food Trucks are not a new thing. Made popular by Mas Tacos Por Favo and only grew with others like, Pizza Buds, Tin Can Treats and The Cupcake Collection’s Cupcake Bus. Nashville communities love the Food Truck industry and only encourage their business! Joseph says, “We saw this opportunity because we know it’s an industry that exists and can be extremely popular, People seem to love the whole culture of food trucks. Nashville is all about community relationships and food trucks are very social and interactive.”
The Nashville community loves culture, trends and good food! The food truck industry is only at its beginning but it is sure to grow in a place like Nashville! Be looking for The Grilled Cheeserie in your own neighborhood! With a professional chef making things like, buttermilk chedder on italian herb bread accompanied by tomato soup, tater tots, homemade ketchup and Boylans sodas for $5-7, this is sure to be a successful treat!
The Grilled Cheeserie will have a soft opening on November 26th at The Green Wagon Shop Local Sale in East Nashville! Be sure to get a hot sandwich on a cold Black Friday!
