With the influx of people moving to Nashville, there’s an ever-growing need for more residential property. To help with that need, Alliance Residential Company, a property developing group from Phoenix, is currently working on their third project since coming into the Nashville market – Broadstone Gulch, located at 777 8th Avenue South. The 14-story complex will feature 238 apartments, as well as 4,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Construction is expected to begin this fall.
