If you have a love for tall buildings and want to live in the heart of SoBro, you won’t have to wait too much longer!
Developer Tony Giarratana has announced his plans for a 32 story tower, to be called SoBro, that will be a mix of apartments, restaurants and retail space. This tower is set to be one of the tallest buildings in Nashville, with the height set to be in between the Pinnacle at Symphony Place and the Encore tower.
The project, which will cost roughly $88 million, will over house 300 apartments, nearly 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 500 parking spaces. SoBro will sit on the land that Giarratana’s Premier Parking lots at 205 2nd Ave and 202 3rd Ave currently sits on.
The building has been planned since November 2011, but has just now started coming together. There currently is no start date to the project, but the plan is to begin by the end of the year.
Other projects by Giarratana include the Cumberland, the Encore and the Viridian.
