A new 80-unit multifamily project is being planned by an affiliate of Stonehenge Real Estate Group. This project will be next to the already planned 29 apartment community going up near Centennial Park.
Stonehenge is currently seeking final site plan approval from the Metro Planning Commission to permit the apartment units on a nearly seven-tenths of an acre site at the northeast corner of 31st Avenue North and Burch Avenue. Engineering and architectural firm Barge, Waggoner, Sumner & Cannon filed the application that seeks final site plan approval.
This new development will be known as Opus 31, the second phase of Opus 29. The 139-unit Opus 29, which is being built on 29th Avenue near Centennial Park, is expected to open in March.
Stonehenge has begun preleasing the apartments with rents ranging between $1,195 to $1,205 for a studio unit, $1,299 to $1,660 for one-bedroom units, and $2,000 to $2,450 for two-bedroom units.
