The awards show have a long-standing history in Nashville, with this year being the 45th annual show.Some have pegged the show as Nashville’s version of the Oscars–it’s an event that brings energy, excitement and on onset of celebrities to our home in Music City and something that local Nashvillians take pride in.
Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will serve as hosts for the fourth consecutive year, with a wide-range of presenters including Reese Witherspoon, Erin Andrews, Reba McIntyre, Jake Owen, Kellie Pickler, Kellen Lutz and many more will grace the stage as well as performaces by some of country music’s greatest stars; Rascal Flatts and Natasha Bedingfield, Lady Antebellum, Faith Hill, Kenny Chesney and Grace Potter and The Band Perry.
While “Nashville’s Biggest Night Out” is fun for country stars and fans alike, it is also a huge event for the city of Nashville, and this year it’s expected to rake in $5 million in visitor spending to the city.
