Nashville in the Fall

PumpkinFest, Franklin’s annual fall festival, attracts 50,000 local and out-of-town visitors for a full day of autumn-inspired food, children’s activities, music, storytelling, hayrides, a chili cook-off, a costume contest, outstanding arts and crafts from 50 vendors and lots and lots of PUMPKINS! Ghouls at Grassmere is a Family fun Halloween event at the Nashville Zoo! October 15-17, 22-24 $ 38-30 each evening. There are lots of things to do including a Trick or Treat Trail, Monster Lab, Monsterpiece Theatre, Costume Parade and a lot more! Admission is $7 for a Zoo member and $11 for non members. Hauntings at the Hermitage is a night of ghost stories and haunted hayrides at the home of President Andrew Jackson. Visit from 5:30-9:00 on October 23rd and 30th. Adult tickets are $13, students $11 and children, $7. Call 615.889.2941 ext 212 for details.

Pumpkin Patches and Corn Mazes:
Shuckles Corn Maze is located in Sumner County, just 25 miles from Nashville. At Shuckles Corn Maze you’ll be able to participate in a variety of activities, such as hayride, face painting, pony rides, jump & slide (moonbounce), pumpkin sling shot, hay-hum theater, and of course the corn maze (flashlight nights and kiddie corn maze included)! Norman Farm is also located in Sumner County just 19 miles from Nashville. It features Hayrides, corn maze, pumpkin patch, farm animals, school and educational field trips are also offered
Gentry Farm is located in Franklin just 22 miles from Nashville. It features a Pumpkin patch, farm animals, play areas, nature trail, barns, corn maze and hay rides, school and educational field trips are also offered.
Comer Farms is located in Lebanon, TN and features a pumpkin patch, hayrides, corn maze, straw maze and petting zoo. Call 615-444-7141 for more information.
