Mixed-Use Development headed to Germantown | Nashville Developments

Plans were announced last week to begin work on a new 20,000 square-foot mixed-use development in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood. The development is said to include a mix of office, retail, restaurant and outdoor venue space.

The project, currently dubbed ‘6th and Taylor,’ is scheduled to begin work this week. It will include reuse of the former Centurion Stone and Exteriors warehouse located on Sixth Ave. N.

Architectural work will be completed by Pfeffer Torado, whose website features renderings of the project revealing a complex that includes an “open office think tank, a cross training fitness facility, a gastro-pub, two retail spaces and an outdoor event space.”

The building will get a new facade on the side facing Sixth Avenue. An industrial feel is planned for the interior, with exposed ceilings in the works.
