Luxury Condos for Hillsboro Village | Nashville Developments

Nashville’s Hillsboro Village neighborhood is no stranger to new developments and growth. The trendy neighborhood, located near Vanderbilt and Belmont, has been undergoing lots of change over the past year.

Now, Regent Homes is planning a 16-unit, four-story luxury condominium unit at the corner of Acklen and 24th Avenues.  The properties at Acklen and an adjacent parcel are expected to close in the next few days. A nearly 50-year old apartment building currently sits on the site, which will be razed to make way for the luxury units.

The project will cost around $4.5 million to complete, consisting of 1,500 square-foot, two-bedroom units with a flex space and private balconies for $360,000-$375,000. The building will be secure access-controlled and feature high-end traditional finishes, elevators and brick and stone exterior finishes described as “Jacksonian.”

Construction is slated to begin in March, with units finished and ready at the end of 2014.
