Growth is on the horizon for Brentwood’s Seven Springs development. Solomon Builders and Evergreen Real Estate announced last week plans to build an apartment complex in the area.
The apartment couplex – which is slated to be a 280-unit luxury complex – is scheduled to open in the fall of 2013. The development will be neighbor to the $65 million headquarters of Lifepoint Hospitals currently under construction. The apartment complex project will cost an estimated $40 million from start to finish.
The apartments, which have yet to be named, will consist of two four-story buildings with one- and two-bedroom units with high end, upscale design components, plus a pool, fitness area and business center. Heading up the design portion of the project is Poole and Pool Architecture, with Barge Cauthen & Associates overseeing the engineering effort.
The Seven Springs area is already home to Class A offices, medical offices and luxury condominiums. It is also less than a minute away from Maryland Farms office park by car and dozens of restaurants and shops on Franklin Road.
In addition to the Lifepoint HQ and this new apartment project, Solomon is also building 50,000 square feet of retail at Seven Springs.
We will keep you posted about this developing story as more information becomes available.
