    1.  The Prices are LOW!  The low price benefit it by far the largest advantage in purchasing a foreclosure home in Nashville.   Banks are desperate to get rid of the properties and are surely willing to negotiate.  “At the end of the day it is you as the potential buyer who has an upper hand.”
