Juice Nashville to Open Location in The Gulch | Nashville News

Locally based company Juice Nashville has finalized their lease for a space in Icon in The Gulch and will be opening this first location in mid-June.  The shop will occupy about 945 square feet next to Rumours, facing Division Street.

Trendmark, the general contractor, also handled the build-out of the Rumours location.  The effort will be self-funded by the Warings, Juice Nashville co-owners, who also plan to hire two to three employees.

Juice Nashville began about a year and a half ago, when the Warings were still producing in a kitchen located near Grassmere and selling their product at the Nashville Farmer’s Market.  Throughout Juice Nashville’s history, they have focused more on production and distribution.  Rather than having a bricks-and-mortar storefront, they sold their product at 12South, Woodbine, West Nashville, and Franklin farmer’s markets and five other pick-up locations.  However, this shift to having a physical location will meet the needs of Juice Nashville’s growing market.

Juice Nashville is the only cold-pressed juice producer in Tennessee.  Their products are made from raw fruit and vegetable juices, with no sugar, water, or preservatives added.  Currently, Juice Nashville averages production and sale of 600 bottles per day.
