Is it just us, or is HGTV terribly addicting and fun to watch? For those of you HGTV junkies, be sure to tune in next month when several popular show HGTV shows present Nashville homes in their episodes!
“After getting engaged last year, Molly Smith and Adam McDevitt decided to take the next big step and buy a house together. They want a large renovated historic house that’s close to their favorite shops and restaurants in the hip neighborhood of East Nashville. But with a modest budget of $250,000 will they have to sacrifice size for location?” For more information about that particular episode, view here.
We are particularly excited about the April 15 episode of ‘My First Place,’ however, because one of the homes considered by a couple on the episode was a Nashville on the Move listing, listed by our very own agent Andrew Trammell! The HGTV website describes the ‘House Hunters’ episode as:
“Ross is moving to Nashville to buy a home to be with his girlfriend, Marla. Ross is out of town when Marla finds her dream home. Can she convince him to bid sight-unseen on this property that’s above his budget?” Be sure to tune in on April 15 at 1:30 p.m., and for more information about the show or episode, view here.
We are so excited to share these with you guys and hope that you will tune in in April to see Nashville’s fabulous homes showcased on HGTV. Our eyes will be glued to the TV and we hope yours will be, too!
Also, if you didn’t know, a fun nugget about Nashville on the Move and our agent Allen Perry is that he has been on not one, but two HGTV shows! Check out here to see Allen on past episodes of both ‘House Hunters’ and ‘Good Buy Bad Buy.’
