Between the Icon in the Gulch and Yazoo Brewing Co. is the .031 acre tract that building will commence on soon. Completion has been set for early 2016.
The mixed-use building will be developed by developer Mainland Urban Development. The establishment will have underground parking provided.
Mainland paid $1.2 million for the project site four months ago. The company has also revealed that the Chicago-based T2 Capital Management will be their primary partner for the 1000 Division project.
Brentwood-based Armistead Arnold Pollard will help with finding the retail tenants for the building. Steve Armistead, a partner in the company, helped with the initial redevelopment plan of the Gulch. Armistead has been quoted saying, “We envision our retail being occupied by several smaller boutiques and possibly a smaller restaurant.”
