Google Fiber | High Speed Gigabit Internet Service and TV

Google Fiber is coming to Nashville! The company announced Wednesday that the Berry Hill, Oak Hill, Forrest Hills, and Belle Meade cities will be the first to have access to Google Fiber. This is great news for people in qualifying cities! Construction has already started in certain parts of the city. The service is said to be up to ten times faster than what the normal American household uses. Google Fiber will not just offer high-speed Internet; they will also offer an Internet and TV package that is comparable to what is offered by other companies.

Google Fiber is striving to have the best customer service and just took it to the next level. Google Fiber Academy is a brand new training facility based in Metro Atlanta. Alana Karen, Director of Google Fiber Customer Service had this to say about what exactly Google Fiber Academy is, “Google Fiber vendors will send in-home installers from around the country to the Academy to take courses including how to provide high quality customer service, the best techniques for installing Google Fiber, and the most helpful ways to demo our product for customers.” This is great for those who hate their current companies customer service.

Google Fiber is also coming to Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, West Johnson City, as well as many parts of Florida.
