This festival, which is just 40 miles northwest of Nashville, will feature a wide variety of musical acts and have a more intimate atmosphere than that of larger festivals like Bonnaroo and CMA Music Fest. Fly Free will feature artists such as RJD2, Moon Taxi, Rubblebucket, Zach Deputy and many more. In addition to the musical performances, there will also be live painters and artists at the festival.
The festival was born out of a wedding idea that founders Corey and Colleen Petree had. Originally, they wanted to incorporate the festival into their wedding, but realized it was too much to plan both events. Now the festival has grown bigger than originally planned, and surely will not disappoint.
Tickets are $95 for a three-day pass and $250 for the VIP three-day pass. For more information, visit Fly Free’s website here.
