New office space is on the horizon for East Nashville! Dan Heller and March Egerton are constructing The Wabash, a 25,000 square foot office and parking garage combo that will stand at 4-stories, including 15,000 square feet of retail space. The lease is being negotiated with an international company, and Heller states that it is indeed their first venture into Nashville’s market. The Wabash is named after a song by the late country star and East Nashville resident Roy Acuff. If all goes well with negotiations, this building will be the largest lease of office space East Nashville has ever seen! Learn more here.
