COVID-19 & Updated Listings Marketing

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have adjusted our Marketing Process for our client’s Listings in order to increase safety for all involved, while also maximizing exposure for all Listings and accommodating Buyers and Sellers alike.

The Updates:

  • We schedule a Virtual FaceTime or Zoom session for our sellers with our Professional Stager.
  • We order a professional 360º / 3D Virtual Tour session (aka Virtual Showing / Open House) to allow more people to view the property digitally in this time of social distancing and quarantine.
  • We create a custom Digital Listing Brochure Graphic and Link for the property, (instead of our usual printed ones).
  • We also email each Agent that schedules to show the home, and we send them the Digital Brochure Link, 360º / 3D Tour Link, plus relevant Documents (in addition to these being listed on the MLS Media Section), which helps your Listing stand out, and ensure they’re aware of additional Marketing features, etc.
  • We adjust Showing settings to best accommodate our Seller’s needs during this time.
  • Plus, we continue to execute all items included in our usual 99 Point Marketing Plan.
