The development will be located on Burns Avenue, a dead-end street that T-intersects with Long Boulevard off West End Avenue in West Nashville. Each of the cottages will have its own private two-car garage, which is unusual for cottage-style infill of this type in Nashville. Two existing homes will need to be razed for the project to start. Nashville Urban Living Partners is working with Dale & Associates for planning and engineering work and Quirk Designs for architectural efforts.
The urban location and the fact that it is a free-standing home will be appealing to prospective buyers. Its location is convenient to Vanderbilt, Belmont, the 28th-31st Avenue Connector, Centennial Park and Interstate 440 and many of Nashville’s popular neighborhoods.
West Park Village will have five rows of three homes in total.
