A new community, Richland Station, is being finalized by Core Development Services and will be located at the corner of Charlotte and 54th in Sylvan Park. Core is a seasoned Nashville developer, and Richland would be its fifth development of this type within the last seven years. The homes are planned to have two levels and relatively small lots, but shared community spaces. The homes will also feature traditional architecture so that they integrate well into the neighborhood.
The community will feature 40 cottage type homes as follows:
$295k – 2 bed, 2 bath, 1200 sq ft, no garage
$350k – 3 bed, 3 1/2 bath, 1750 sq ft, 2 car garage
$380k – 3 bed, 3 1/2 bath, 2000 sq ft, 2 car garage
