Condos at Fifth and Main to be Auctioned Off

    25 of the high-end, luxurious Fifth and Main condos in East Nashville are set to be auctioned off this Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Sheraton Downtown Nashville.

    The six-story, LEED certified development features 129 homes (118 condominiums and 11 townhomes)with an industrial inspired design. The units have spacious floor plans with a contemporary flavor to them as well as amenities that make the development very desirable. In addition to gated underground parking, there are interior courtyards, exposed ductwork, stained concrete floors and breathtaking views of downtown Nashville.

    25 unused condos will be auctioned off this weekend in an effort to boost sales. Three of those being auctioned off are townhomes.
