Diners will sit at a U-shaped chef’s bar, where the two chefs will prepare seven-course menus tailored for each guest. Both chef’s Habiger and Anderson are extremely accomplished and have worked in some of the best restaurants in the world.  Click here to check out the official press release and the article written by Nashville Scene or here to check out the official Catbird Seat website.
