Brentwood Development Updates | Nashville News

The new development in Brentwood has two new official tenants. Corner Pub and Firehouse Subs will officially be occupying the space that is being built adjacent to the new LifePoint Hospitals’ headquarters.

These two tenants along with a nail salon will take up 10,000 of the 41,000 spare feet in the new complex. In addition to these three tenants, there are four additional letters of intent for the building that will hopefully become leases soon. The building sits off of Old Hickory in South Davidson County, but carries a Brentwood address.

Firehouse Subs plans to be the first to open on October 28 in 2,2oo square feet of the building, with Corner Pub opening in the spring in 5,100 square feet. Many more businesses should open around that time as well.

The new development a prime location for many new businesses looking to open in the area. The Brentwood area caters to 25- to 50- year-olds with a few children, which is perfect for new restaurants. Also, with so many officies in the area, it is optimum for lunch time rush.

This will be the fifth Corner Pub location, with current locations in Bellevue, midtown Nashville, Mt. Juliet and Franklin. This is the third Firehouse Subs location, with locations currently on Charlotte Pike and Thompson Lane.

Lifepoint plans to move from its current Maryland Farms location to its new 203,000-square-foot location early next year.
