Williamson County is still the fastest growing county in the state of Tennessee, adding jobs at a faster rate than anywhere in the United States. The housing market is also booming in Franklin, with monthly prices falling below the $400,000 range only two times in the last two years! Bristol Development plans to build homes priced below that median level in hopes of making housing more affordable for Franklin dwellers.
