One of the largest undeveloped pieces of land on West End in Nashville will not be barren for much longer.
Atlanta-based company The Residential Group is in the beginning phases of construction a 244-unit, two-building apartment community in the popular Nashville West End neighborhood. The land sold for $7.4 million late last year.
The community will be called West End Village and will consist of two buildings, one of which will be five-stories high and the other three stories. The community will be located at the corner of Long Boulevard and 31st Avenue, on the south side of Long next to the West End Court condominiums.
The Residential Group anticipates construction to be completed within an 18-month time frame (perhaps completed by next fall) with a total project cost of $35 million.
We will continue to give updates about this new Nashville development as information is released.
