Popular Nashville neighborhood 12South is hosting its second annual Winter WarmUP this December.
This event, which sold out last year, brings runners through a closed-course race winding up and down the streets of the scenic and historic 12South neighborhood. The course will offer a 6K or 12K distance. All registered runners will receive technical running gear, after-race refreshments along with awards (limited edition pint glasses and swag from local retailers). Click here for registration information.
This fun event benefits several local missions: Hands on Nashville, the Go Green District 17 Initiative and the 12South Neighborhood Association.
Hands On Nashville connects volunteers to critical issues facing the Middle Tennessee community – like hunger, homelessness and environmental issues.

The 12South Neighborhood Association’s purpose is to promote the common welfare of all residents of the area, in cooperation with the area businesses, charitable, religious, and governmental institutions, with the common goal of service to their neighbors to create a safe, happy and sustainable neighborhood.
