12South Home Tour was a Success | Nashville Events

The 12South Home Tour has come and gone and already we are anticipating next year’s tour of homes!  But before we move on to next year, we wanted to send out a big thank you to everyone involved this year.

To everyone who purchased tickets, toured homes, and contributed in the fundraising efforts, thank you—the tour was a success because of you!

To our volunteers who took the time out of their day to help with the tour, simply because they love the 12South neighborhood, know that your neighbors love and appreciate you, too.

Of course, a big, resounding thank you needs to be given to all of the restaurants that brought delicious treats.  On behalf of everyone who wandered into even just one of the homes and had a bite to eat, we would like to say that, although we may be biased, 12South proved itself to have some of the best food in Nashville.

And lastly, we wouldn’t have even had a tour without the beautiful homes that our neighbors so graciously opened to the public on Saturday.  We truly cannot say thank you enough to the wonderfully generous homeowners who agreed to participate, but we can stress how beautiful and unique each home was.  It was such a privilege to be granted the opportunity to see firsthand the charm of each home.

We are elated to announce that, for the first time ever, we had a completely sold out tour, which means that over 525 tickets were sold.  In total, over 600 people participated and supported the 12South Neighborhood Association.  Thanks to everyone involved, over $10,000 were raised for the neighborhood.  Finally, congratulations to the 12South neighborhood.  Everyone’s willingness to participate and donate their time and money proved that you are all a part of more that a neighborhood—you are a part of a community!
