On the Second Day of Christmas… A Christmas Story at TPAC
No need to wait until Christmas Eve to watch the 24-hour marathon of this holiday classic – see it performed live tonight at TPAC! The actors interact with the audience as they bring every memorable moment of the movie to the stage, including the leg-shaped lamp, the boy’s tongue getting stuck to the icy light pole, and Ralphie’s relentless Christmas wish: A Ride Rider carbine-action, 200 shot range-model air rifle (all together audience: “You’ll shoot your eye out!”). Get there early and you might get a chance to ride down the infamous slide at Goldblatt’s Department Store during the show!
Showing through December 18 at Johnson Theater in the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Tickets start at $42.50.
