Allen Clark Perry is a Nashville native that has always had a passion for Real Estate. He started his real estate career in 2003 when he purchased his first investment property. In the next few years he was able to obtain over 25 residential rental properties and develop Clark Properties, his property management company that maintains and manages these rentals. His experience led him to begin helping others with investments and Nashville home transactions at the end of 2005. Over the past few years, he has been able to develop The Perry Property Group and Nashville on the Move, which is a full service Real Estate company under the Keller Williams® Realty umbrella and model.

Allen’s big reason for his success is his dedication to service. Allen and his team have developed a BIG WHY for their business and that is “Serving others through Community.” His passion is not just for real estate, as he is very involved in his community supporting such organizations as Habitat for Humanity, African Leadership, Mocha Club, Ellie’s Run, Campus Crusade for Christ, Barefoot Republic, YoungLife, Campus Outreach, and Younglife.
