The Perry Property Group pledges to do it's best in helping you market and sell your home. We want you to know and feel a part of the marketing process. In addition to having a sign in your yard, we have several layers of exposure for your listing. Below is a list of the methods and resources we use.

Assist with pricing of your home
The first step in marketing your home to sell quickly is pricing it right. That's why the Perry Property Group spends time on the front end completing a Comparable Market Analysis, reviewing that information with you and then advising you on the best price.

Staging your property
We can help you stage your property to achieve maximum showability.

Install a Keller Williams sign in your yard/lock box on your door

Once we've agreed on a price and your home is staged and ready to show, we begin our marketing program , starting with the sign in your yard. We've worked hard to create a great reputation in the marketplace so that your “For Sale” sign in your yard will draw agents and buyers who have heard of us and are confident in working with us.

Create color brochure of your home:
We accentuate the best features of your home with pictures and details. This hard copy can be taken with the potential buyer to remind him/her how great your home is!

Email your listing information to over 7,300 agents & investors:
We use a service that emails a color e-brochure of your listing with all the details to area-wide agents and investors. The best way to maximize showings of your house is to let other agents know your house is available!

Advertising on multiple web sites:
We place your listing on the following web sites: www.realtracs.com ; www. kw.com; www.zillow.com; www.oodle.com; www.craigslist.org, www.geebo.com, www.youtube.com, www.vflyer.com, and more! We believe that the more online exposure your listing has the better.

Place your listing in our monthly newsletter:
We send a monthly newsletter through the mail and through email. Your listing with a color picture will be shown in both copies of the newsletter.

Send postcards to your neighbors letting them know your house is for sale
We use a service that sends 100 postcards to your neighborhood letting them know that your house is for sale. Your neighbors can be a great source for potential buyers!

Keep you informed of showings & feedback from your showings
We use a showing scheduling serviced called Centralized Showing. They will call you to inform you of your showings as per your instructions. We will also give them your email so that they will email you the scheduled showings. They will also email you a user name & password with which you can log onto their website and see the feedback on your house left by other agents and their clients.

Cross market your listing at our other listings/flyers

Open Houses

We'll have our Buyer Specialist hose your home's open houses, typically on Sunday afternoons from 2-4 pm. These Open Houses will be advertised on above websites for maximum traffic. A sign will be placed in your yard during the week before the scheduled Open House.
