Andrew Trammel
Buyer's Agent

Andrew Trammell is a SC native who has lived in Nashville since Spring of 2004. Before moving to Nashville, Andrew worked for 3 years at a private development in the Carolinas called The Cliffs Communities where his team consistently exceeded $10million in annual sales, and he was voted “Sales Associate of the Year” his first year with the company. Andrew worked directly with Manager of Sales and assisted in company-wide sales training and marketing strategy sessions that prepared agents for new buyer clients and property developments. Andrew's first couple years in Nashville were spent traveling the US and other various countries in order to see and experience cultures & lifestyles of people around the world. And these experiences have added to Andrew's appreciation of Nashville 's growing, and relatively “undiscovered” Real Estate Market. As a agent for Keller Williams and a buyer's agent for the Perry Property Group, Andrew has solidified his desire to pursue Real Estate as a lifestyle investment, as well as helping others do the same! Andrew is passionately involved in Nashville 's multi-faceted communities and is excited to be a part of this great city's growth over the coming years!

Libby Marshall

Libby Marshall
Buyer's Agent

Born in St. Louis, raised mostly in the rural town of Amboy, IL, Libby was groomed for small-town living and acquired a love for simplicity and a personal touch that only a small town girl can provide. She attended Augustana College, in Rock Island, IL where her studies and singing with the Augustana Choir took her on tours throughout the US, Europe, and China. She earned her Bachelors degree in Business Marketing. After graduation, moved to Chicago and gained first-hand knowledge of the rigors of urban living and real estate. Chicago became an integral part of her, and she still holds urban settings dear to her heart.

After Chicago, Libby missed the familiarity and pace of smaller cities. She lived in both New Orleans and Birmingham and incorporated their unique cultures into her life experiences, seamlessly blending small town attitude and charm with the big-city business savvy that makes her an ideal agent. She decided on Nashville after discovering that the city was an urban representation of herself—bustling, business-oriented, and musically inclined, but with a flare for individuality, simple living, and a affability you just can't find anywhere else. She resides in the 12th South neighborhood with her kitten, named Nola as a reminder of her time in New Orleans.

Finding a home is a journey and Libby understands the pressure that comes along with such a large investment. Her brand of fun loving yet calm expertise is just what you need to help get the job done comfortably. She will strive to fulfill all of your real estate needs, whether your search takes you to downtown Nashville or someplace a little further out of the urban landscape.

Kimberly Novosel
Team Manager, Director of Marketing and Administration

Kimberly moved to Nashville from a small town near Pittsburgh in 2000.  She became interested in real estate by watching her parents build and sell several homes as she grew up.  Kimberly graduated from Belmont University in 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  From there she went on to do tour marketing and promotions.  Her administrative and marketing experience have combined with her interest in real estate and led her to the Perry Property Group.  Her role in the Perry Property Group is one of administrative support for both Allen and Andrew; an extra contact person for clients and transaction parties, and oversight of the daily operations of the Perry Property Group.

Kimberly also works as a wardrobe stylist, specializing in television and music videos, and artist branding.  She volunteers as an advocate for young adults with cancer.

Emily White Emily White
Marketing and Administration Intern

After graduating as valedictorian from Milan High School in 2005, Emily moved to Nashville to begin undergraduate studies at Belmont University. Her interest in real estate developed from her mother's involvement in the business. As an international business major and licensed real estate agent, Emily is considering eventually getting involved in real estate on a global level. She became an intern for the Perry Property Group in July of 2008.
At Belmont, Emily is active in several student organizations. She serves as vice president of the Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority, is the community outreach chair for the Belmont Ambassadors, is a member of the Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) team, and is a member of the International Business Society. She also served as an orientation leader for the fall class of 2008. Emily has been on the Dean's List for five semesters, and in the spring of 2007, was inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society.
Emily is currently writing a business plan that is a culmination of her personal interests, organizational involvement, and senior coursework, the goal of which is to assist local African refugees. She plans to spend her last semester of college studying in Barcelona. With post-graduation plans undecided, a whole world of opportunities lies waiting to be discovered.
