Allen Clark Perry is a Nashville native that has always had a passion for Real Estate. He started his real estate career in 2003 when he purchased his first investment property. In the next few years he was able to obtain over 25 residential rental properties and develop Clark Properties, his property management company that maintains and manages these rentals. His experience led him to begin helping others with investments and Nashville home transactions at the end of 2005. Over the past few years, he has been able to develop The Perry Property Group, which is a full service Real Estate company under the Keller Williams umbrella and model. Andrew Trammell is a SC native who has lived in Nashville since Spring of 2004. Before moving to Nashville, Andrew worked for 3 years at a private development in the Carolinas called The Cliffs Communities where his team consistently exceeded $10million in annual sales, and he was voted “Sales Associate of the Year” his first year with the company. Andrew worked directly with Manager of Sales and assisted in company-wide sales training and marketing strategy sessions that prepared agents for new buyer clients and property developments. Andrew's first couple years in Nashville were spent traveling the US and other various countries in order to see and experience cultures & lifestyles of people around the world. And these experiences have added to Andrew's appreciation of Nashville 's growing, and relatively “undiscovered” Real Estate Market. As a agent for Keller Williams and a buyer's agent for the Perry Property Group, Andrew has solidified his desire to pursue Real Estate as a lifestyle investment, as well as helping others do the same! Abbi Kuch
Real Estate Consultant

Abigail Kuch grew up in the Tampa Bay area of Florida and later relocated to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University. After graduating with a Bachelor's of Arts in English Writing/Comparative Literature and minors in Spanish and Sociology, Abbi traveled to Oxford University in England to further her studies of literature and writing.

While in college, Abbi received her real estate license and began pursuing blending her passion for creativity and her working background in Marketing and Public Relations to establish a successful Real Estate career. She specializes in Buyer and Seller needs, and furthered her education with a designation in the Divorce Specialty of Real Estate, RCS-D. Abbi has worked extensively with all ages and backgrounds of people, servicing first time home buyers, and distinguishing herself in the Foreclosure/REO market.

Abbi joined The Perry Property Group as an Open House Specialist over a year ago and continues to enjoy exploring Tennessee, and the many sides that Nashville has to offer. She owns a condominium in the Germantown area of town and enjoys camping and hiking with her two dogs. Abbi hopes to continue growing her Real Estate career and is thrilled to become a permanent fixture of The Perry Property Group as a Real Estate Consultant.

Alicia DeRienzo moved to Nashville from California seeking a more laid back environment. She comes from a real estate family; her father was a builder and her mother was a real estate agent. Alicia has been with Keller Williams since 2005, and has been awarded both Triple Gold and Platinum status awards with her previous team.

Alicia and her husband Ben have just welcomed their first son.

Katie Priest is a native of the horse country around Lexington, Kentucky. She is currently a senior, and will graduate in May of 2010 with a dual degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern History. Sales and marketing have been parts of Katie’s life since she was a child. She grew up watching and assisting her mother with running a successful business buying and trading horses in the both the US and Europe. Katie has a diverse background that includes retail, working as the head of development and marketing for Atlanta’s Fabrefaction Theatre Company, and interning for her Congressman in Washington. With Katie’s college career coming to a close, she is excited for the opportunity to join the Perry Property Group to combine her passion for sales and marketing with the exciting and fast-paced world of real estate, and hopes to continue in the field after graduation.

Katie is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and involved in a variety of organizations on Vanderbilt’s campus. She is deeply passionate about Middle Eastern politics, and hopes to be able to contribute meaningfully to peace in the region during her lifetime. Katie is also an accomplished actor and directory, and prior to Vanderbilt studied acting at the prestigious Tisch School for the Arts at New York University.
