Allen Perry

Real Estate Consultant
615-738-1550
allen@nashvilleonthemove.com

We can’t count the number of times a day that AP asks one of us, “Anything else?” We certainly can’t accuse him of not being thorough! He is passionate about perfecting our website, staying on top of social media trends, and most importantly about his clients.

Allen got into real estate initially as an investor. Eventually, he started helping his friends buy and sell real estate and worked to get his license. Since then, he has won too many awards to list (but if you’re curious, click here) for being a top agent, closing record numbers of transactions, and having a top real estate team: The Perry Property Group. You can see exactly how he works with clients in clips from his appearances on HGTV shows in our media section!

On sunny weekends, Allen likes to get out on the lake. He’s involved with many community service projects as well, including Habitat for Humanity, Mocha Club, Ellie’s Run for Africa, and Young Life. “Anything else?”

Andrew Trammell

Real Estate Consultant
615-418-0285
andrew@nashvilleonthemove.com

Andrew has a specific goal in mind when he starts working with a new client: “When I get to the closing table and a client says to me, ‘That process was easy!’ I know I’ve done my job correctly.” From first time homebuyers to experienced sellers, Andrew enjoys the variety that comes with being a realtor in Nashville. As his email signature says, he is always“on the move.”

Before coming to work for Perry Property Group, Andrew was mentored by top sales representatives for three years in a high-end, luxury real estate environment in his home state of South Carolina. He also spent some time outside the States, including a challenging trip to rural Northern Uganda for ten days building relationships with a small church in Gulu. He swears he survived on nothing but Cliffs Bars and DEET bug spray while he was there.

If you happen to see Andrew riding his TREK road bike around town, don’t run into him; he’s probably training for his next bike race or triathlon. A friendly wave will do just fine.

Leah Hand

Director of Marketing and Administration
615-760-5393
Leah@nashvilleonthemove.com

If you’ve ever called our office phone, chances are you were greeted with Leah’s Tupelo, Mississippi accent. She’s the creative genius on the team, and the one responsible for all the fresh flowers and artwork in the office. Leah’s responsibilities include brainstorming and implementing new marketing ideas as well as being Allen and Andrew’s emergency contact for anything and everything they need while they’re “on the move.” She keeps a running list of ways to answer AP’s inevitable question “Anything else?” at the end of every meeting or phone call.

Leah graduated from Auburn University with a degree in marketing, but still goes back every chance she gets. She previously worked for a PR firm in Atlanta, as well as in the admissions office at Auburn, where she was actively involved in many student organizations such as Grace Campus Ministries and a social sorority.

Leah is passionate about music, dance, and her family and friends. She loves spending time outside, either strolling around downtown Franklin or spending time at the lake. She’s also our go-to girl for blogging questions – not only can she name one for any topic, she even maintains her own blog!

Hannah Smith

Marketing Intern
hannah@nashvilleonthemove.com

After years of begging and pleading, Hannah’s parents finally gave in and allowed her to move 500 miles away from her hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan here to Nashville, TN.  After finishing her first two years at Michigan State University in her home state, she is now working on completing her studies in Communications, including a minor in Public Relations, at Belmont University where she’ll graduate this coming spring. At Belmont, she is a member of Lambda Pi Eta, the honor society for communication studies students. Her recent spike in interest in real estate has her very excited to be interning with us this semester; she is hopeful to be involved in the real estate field in some form or fashion post-graduation. In her free time, she enjoys socializing, being an unashamed connoisseur of reality TV, baking/cooking and shopping.
